About Bailey

Bailey Dumlao is a native of Memphis, TN, currently based in Red Bank, NJ.

Bailey is currently the Artistic Assistant with Two River Theater Company in Red Bank, just outside of New York City.

They are a multi-hyphenate artist, choosing to explore and expand their creative boundaries through management, directing, and design.

As a second-gen Filipino American, they ardently align themselves with artistry that elevates underrepresented BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices. They believe theatre offers the gift of being a transformative space for our human hearts, and that begins with the opportunity to see ourselves portrayed onstage and off. They take satisfaction in working on groundbreaking plays centering hard topics that offer the chance to explore representation and the aftershocks of experiences unlike their own.
